WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship all over the world. 

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

We ship all over India for free of orders over Rs.5000. Orders of a lesser value has a flat rate of Rs.200 pan India.

 For International shipping, there is a flat rate of Rs.2000.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, the order takes 3-5 business days to process.

In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 3-5 delay in receiving your order. International deliveries will take up to 7-10 business days. (Please note: Business days do not include the weekend)

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES?

If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Summer Somewhere orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.

 

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY 

Please note: All products are ‘made to order’

  • Label Sugar will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Label Sugar does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE & ONE SIZE.
  • Label Sugar does not provide exchanges for accessories, swimwear & knit tops.
  • Label sugar is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at info@labelsugar.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an refund /exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • All returns are subject to verification by our team at Label Sugar.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS 

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.labelsugar.com. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account.
  • Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
