The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. Please bear in mind our silhouettes do vary from a slim to oversized fitting – so please always check ‘size and fit’ under each product. If you have any questions regarding a fit of a garment please email customer care before purchasing.
If you wish to change your order after placing the order, please contact customer care right away, if you haven’t yet processed your order, we will be happy to make changes to your order. If you need us to cancel your order please contact customer care right away including your order number and full name in your request. We can only accept a cancellation that is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please bear in mind due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture. Although every effort is made to photograph garments in truest form and describe these in detail, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the product.
Each Label Sugar piece is hand made and hand dyed. Each garment has care instructions listed in the product page and we will also include a care note in the delivery box. We recommend dry cleaning after your first wear and for the rest hand wash in cold water.
Yes, We do offer customization ONLY for the products we offer. Please email/whatsapp us for customizations such as L Increase/decrease in lengths, neckline coverage, personalized embroidery details, color options etc.
We ship all over the world.
We ship all over India for free of orders over Rs.5000. Orders of a lesser value (for India) and all international orders, have a standard delivery fee of 200 INR. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If the items you have order are in stock, your order will be dispatched the within 1-2 business days. If the items fall under ‘made to order’, we will be able to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days. If you want an express delivery, please contact us on +91 9313455824 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there will be an additional charge for this service.
If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office or reading our shipping terms page. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Label Sugar orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not right for you, you have 7 days to make the exchange ONLY for the same item in a different size. Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the return package, we will review and process the exchange. We do not accept an exchanges for items marked as SALE, ONE SIZE, SWIM and ACCESORRIES. We also so not accept exchanges for our T-SHIRTS. Unfortunately, we do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment.
Please send us an email within 7 business days of receiving the package on email@example.com. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for an exchange. The team will then revert with an email confirming the exchange along with a return label. You can then pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back. Remember that you must send the items you wish to return within 7 days from the shipping date of your order, before the exchange period expires.
If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
We have a courier service that will facilitate the return, however this will be chargeable. Once we receive your request for exchange, we will send you an email stating all details and charges of the return. Be sure to view our size chart before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.
